Our company had been assigned the task of conserving the documents of our client company in a secure way. We were given this responsibility as the client company had to be shut down temporarily due to some faulty services noticed by the trade commission in their way of conducting business. We were their source company whom they found reliable in their testing times.
Although their reputation was at stake, ours too was no less at stake, as the responsibility to preserve their documents was kind of a burden on us. They wanted us to save their documents from getting destroyed as they could provide relevant information in the court of law that those documents had. As such we had to take great care of those documents.
A huge stack of documents of our client company was lying with us. It was arduous a task of managing all the documents and would have taken many days for us to organize them.
