Have you always wanted to purchase a motorhome with plans of taking long road trips across the country? Probably the one thing that stopped you from taking the plunge is the nagging worry about where to keep it when you’re not traveling. I can fully relate to your dilemma because this was the same challenge that confronted us when my wife and I were thinking about buying a motorhome to use on our vacations. We were thinking about having the garage remodeled to accommodate the bulk of the vehicle, but luckily for us we found a better alternative by using a vehicle storage facility.
McBride’s RV Storage is well known in the Orange County area for its excellent amenities and tight security. The facility is quite large as it is on 17 acres of land that is surrounded by 13-foot solid block walls designed to keep out trespassers and prevent vandalism and theft of the vehicles inside. Aside from providing closed and open parking for RVs, they also offer boat storage and slots for all types of commercial vehicles. I liked that their security system is quite advanced and combines surveillance video cameras with tilt/pan/zoom cameras that focus on and follow movement throughout the yard where the vehicles are stored. Gaining access inside the facility is strictly controlled by the specially issued proximity cards which are also tracked by their system. I also took advantage of the extras that came with leasing a slot; these included use of their professional wash bay and dump stations as well as free ice. We are really happy that we signed up with McBride’s RV; there is no other place that I would trust my precious motorhome with.
